There is no minimum order amount. However, orders over $120 AUD qualify for free shipping. Orders under $120 incur a flat $12 shipping fee regardless of location within Australia.

Bitcoin typically confirms within 15β60 minutes (1β3 block confirmations). Ethereum is usually faster β 1β5 minutes. Once confirmed on-chain, we process your order within 24 hours and send a dispatch notification.
If you send slightly less than the required amount (within 2%), we'll process your order and adjust. If significantly underpaid, contact us with your TXID and we'll work out a resolution. If overpaid, contact us β we'll process your order and apply the difference as store credit.
Exchange rates displayed at checkout are indicative only. We accept payment within Β±5% of the calculated amount to account for market fluctuation between order placement and payment. If rates move significantly, contact us before sending.

Standard delivery: 3β7 business days Australia-wide. Express delivery (NSW, VIC, QLD metro only): 1β3 business days. Remote and rural areas may take up to 10 business days. All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking.
Yes β we ship to NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, and NT. We also ship to PO Boxes and parcel lockers. We do not ship internationally.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. Track via the Australia Post website or app. If you don't receive tracking within 48 hours of payment confirmation, email us at orders@cloudnineau.com.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, first check your tracking number on the Australia Post website. If the parcel shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us immediately. For lost parcels, we'll investigate and reship at no charge if the loss is confirmed by Australia Post.

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked cardboard boxes or padded mailers with zero branding, no cannabis imagery, and no indication of contents. The sender name is a generic business name. The parcel is indistinguishable from any standard e-commerce delivery.
No. All flower and concentrate products are triple-sealed in airtight, odour-proof packaging before being placed in the outer box. Our packaging has been specifically chosen and tested to ensure zero odour escapes during transit.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You can request a return or refund if: your order arrives physically damaged, you received the wrong item, the product quality significantly differs from the description, or your parcel is confirmed lost by Australia Post. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once an order has been dispatched. We do not require you to return cannabis products β just contact us with your order ID and photos. Approved refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency used for payment (BTC or ETH), at the current exchange rate at time of refund. We do not issue AUD cash refunds. Alternatively, we can apply the full refund value as store credit with no expiry. Refunds are processed within 3β5 business days of approval.
Email orders@cloudnineau.com within 30 days of delivery with: your order ID, photos of the issue (if damaged or wrong item), and whether you'd prefer a reship, refund, or store credit. We respond within 4 business hours and typically resolve within 48 hours.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or shows delivered but you haven't received it β contact us immediately. We'll lodge an investigation with Australia Post. If they confirm the parcel is lost (usually within 7β10 business days), we will reship your full order at no charge. We do not leave our customers out of pocket for postal errors.

No. Our current system does not require account creation β orders are placed as a guest. This is intentional and prioritises your privacy. Order tracking is provided via email and Australia Post tracking number.
